Conditions of Sale

  1. Before any transaction is undertaken we understand that you have read, accepted and agreed to all the following conditions of sale.
  2. No claims can be accepted for variation in design, shade and/or quality in the limit usually applying in the trade.
  3. All roll sizes are approximate.
  4. We cannot give a time guarantee on any courier deliveries.
  5. Claims for shortages, damages or otherwise must be received by the seller in writing within 7 days of date of delivery of goods.
  6. Not withstanding the foregoing, no claims will be considered under any circumstances after goods have undergone any process or have been shipped, resold, cut made up etc.
  7. At our sole discretion any goods returned (other than if damaged) will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. All carriage charges to be paid by the customer.
